Billing is a joke. I called 3 times over 2 months since they never charged my CC for services. Now I am being billed twice. No online payment. You have to call or send your CC information in the postal mail.

Dr. Yen and his assistants are kind and caring. It is obvious that Dr. Yen has accumulated years of valuable experience. I really felt LISTENED TO and I now feel I have a path forward with a chronic problem. Highly recommend.

I had a GREAT experience with Dr. Lo. He diagnosed the issue with my right foot, clearly explained the procedure, performed the procedure and followed-up with multiple post-Op appointments to track my healing. I would recommend Dr. Lo and Podiatry Associates Northwest to everyone searching for high quality care.
