Service tech Heat, was great. Efficient, and reviewed if/what problem were fixed. When I asked the receptionist to give a time frame so I could be home, she said the tech would call ahead. That didn't happen, so tech had to come back. He did, which was great, but I'd have never run my quick errand if I could've gotten a time frame.

We have been very happy with Pointe Pest Control. Mike provided excellent service in a timely manner. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend their services. Reasonably priced as well!

Zeke was very polite and professional. He let me know exactly what he was going to do. Also asked if I needed anything else done. He did his job quickly and effectively. Thank you 😊. Very pleasant young man!
