We bought our rainbow with the understanding that doing the program we would recieve what we earned based on how many demos we did. We earned all the attachments and every time we reach out we hear some excuse or get no response. The customer service is absolutely terrible and rude. When you're paying over $3,000 for a product, one that relies on word of mouth reviews, the least they can do is have decent customer service. Definitely do not recommend dealing with this company.. you're better off to go on Amazon for far less.
