See Evan. Super helpful guy. Knowledgeable, helpful, no pressure guy. Very patient with us as we changed our minds frequently with appliance decisions for our new kitchen. We are super happy with the whole process through delivery. This is my go-to place for appliances now.

We made a purchase from this company May 2021 that consist of Bosch Fridge, Bosch Stove, Bosch microwave, and Bosch Dishwasher. It's almost a year and we still have not received our dishwasher. When we placed the order and paid for everything they said it would only take 2-3 months. Going on almost a year now and they said it should hopefully come in May. WOW literally a whole year later. Let's not forgot never once did they ever follow up with us to provide us with an update. We had to keep calling to see what's going on. Spending $8k isn't just penny's but I guess all this company once is your money and won't ever follow up with you again. I will never use this company again!!!

Poor experience, unfriendly, and not welcoming. Stopped by the store the other day and the lady at the front desk barely looked up to say hello. She just said come in and look around. Only a few refrigerators on display and they charge a credit card transaction fee. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
