They got the worst spot in seattle not only that is dangerous but things don’t even get done in time .. at times they’re good but now the new management barely even in the office always taking long breaks or something .. it’s frustrating

Worst place ever, literally doesn't due diligence in investigating anything. Very biased and not understanding at all. I've stayed here for almost 2 years and they are letting bugs take over, they don't fix anything in the building. Security doesn't respond right away when there is an issue and then if there is an actual issue they will say there's nothing they can do and call the police. Its so bad they just changed management, maintenance people, and security. Completely fired everyone. On top of that the former manager of the building was stealing rent checks from people paying rent and ran off with THOUSANDS. They didn't do anything but fire her and try to cover it up just so they wouldn't receive lawsuits. This place is scam and slowly trying to rip off the community raising the rent. We haven't been able to walk into our front secure building for almost 2 months because they refuse to fix it and its extremely dangerous as there are shootings on the regular. They leave dog feces and pee in the stairwells and hallways for long periods of time and honestly this place needs to be tore down. The cold part is the owners of this building don't even pay property taxes on the building for at least 10 years so why they refuse to make this a safe place for kids, family, and the community is downright insane especially when they definitely have the funds for it. Don't bother with the amenities because they are always BROKE 💯 oh yeah and they don't bomb there's an roach outbreak in the building that hasn't been addressed. All the trash rooms have roaches. Big and baby roaches.....I'm moving out, be smart not to come here. You won't be safe or comfortable.

The office people are friendly, but unfortunately I have lived here only a week and had one of my cars stolen and the other one got the window busted out... literally have only lived here for ten days .. the office says there are no garage spots available at all.. thats a problem considering the area is a high crime area obviously... something needs to be done about it for sure. I don't feel safe.
