First and foremost.. I was Christmas shopping for my son .. prices are ridiculously over priced for sweatpants (148.00) t-shirt (59.50) second when I decided I was not buying these two items my card was still fraudulently charged, when I informed the so called manager Michael at the time of sale, I was told that the charge was only pending and would fall off because it was not completed but that if by chance the charge posted that he would be available the following day and would take care of it. However, later in the night the charge in fact did post to my account so when I reach out to this store the following day Michael in fact was not working and I was told that a ticket would have to be created with their corporate office.. the female manager that I did deal with when reaching out about the posted charge( Deanna) was rude and ignorant, talking over me when I was explaining the situation .. so I then called the customer service number and spoke with (Tangy) who called the store and was told that I was asked to email my posted charge to them but that they never received it, needless to say I then took a printed copy of the charge directly to the store, where I was met by the rude, ignorant "so called manager" Deanna who then stated that she did receive my email and that she had created a ticket, so asking when I could expect to hear something I was told she didn't know so I then requested the corporate number so I could reach out to them and she told me no that she was not giving me the number.. very unprofessional, unpleasant, and rude for a manager.. When unqualified individuals are hired into positions that they have no buisness being in, it brings down a company as whole. I'm sure I'm not the first person to experience the unprofessionalism of this store, and I probably won't be the last.. but this is what causes companies to collapse because people become tired of not only the very over priced merchandise but also the unprofessionalism of its employees!!

Look at Kristen Dodd review on this page because my review is actually the same, I am African-American and my son is as well, four employees followed us around intentionally the whole time they didn't even try to make it seem like they weren't following us they wanted us to know, not only that they were talking on their headsets about us and they followed us around for 40 minutes, and Shelly the so-called manager wanted us to know and she told us that was her job to follow us around not only that she came to the register and stood there while the cashier rung us out and I know he had been working there for years cuz he rang me out multiple times before. Very nasty and racial all four employees. The manager was extremely ignorant here and cocky and wanted us to know that she was following us around. I am an extreme big shopper at all the polo outlets and I have never been treated this way before.. but I handled it the professional way and I'm going to make sure that this doesn't happen that often anymore.
