Ponderosa Goldendoodles

I put a deposit for a puppy in Spring of 2019 for a puppy to be born in spring or early summer 2020. Nicole was very responsive when I was putting in my application and deposit. I began trying to reach Nicole and Ponderosa in February via email with no response, I just wanted an update on how things were looking. I never got a response. I attempted to repeatedly email, call and send Facebook messages with zero response over 7 months. Apparently the website says they have suspended their puppy program for an undetermined time yet they are holding my deposit for a puppy I was supposed to have already received and refuse to make any contact. I understand that my deposit is nonrefundable but that does NOT apply if the breeder suspends their service and then hides and does not attempt to make any contact and on top of that refuses to answer any of my attempts. Very untrustworthy and disappointing lack of character and integrity in my opinion.
