If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! NEVER rent from 55 Hurlbut St. or any of their other properties!! They would rather plant new trees & flowers than take care of the building complex that is falling apart, that has termites & roaches throughout the property. We moved out because we had plant roots growing into our bedroom that they never took care of or cared to help with the situation & constant leaks in our bathroom!! They are slumlords that don’t take care of their tenants. They want rent but DON’T ever fix anything….BEWARE Renters!!

Absolutely disgusting company if I could give no stars I would ! Not only does their apartment complex in lake Elsinore have SO MANY PROBLEMS including a huge leak that practically destroyed my moms apartment a few months back , they then had the audacity to send her paper work raising her rent in a tiny and I mean TINY apartment from 1500 to 1750 a month not including utilities !!! Like are you kidding me !! This company is disgusting and should be ashamed of themselves and I hope someone sues them and causes them to go bankrupt!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The appts at 227 E ave 41 Highland park are roach infested. The carpet stinks and the inside of the building is cleaned maybe once every 2 months. The company gave me my deposit after 21 days and took money out without any explicantion. This is illegal. You are able to go to small claims which I will be doing since I have not heard back from them.
