Highly recommend for emergency care! Had to bring in my 6 month old in the middle of the night and there was no wait. Every staff member I interacted with was very kind and the nurses and doctor were very compassionate. Usually, I leave ER visits feeling like I shouldn’t have gone in, but felt supported, thankful, and relief after this visit. A wonderful addition to the Post Falls community! Thank you so much to all of the staff for giving this mom peace of mind!

Just left the ER after receiving stitches. First time I have ever been to an ER where the Doc had time to talk and cared instead of rushing to the next patient. Dr. Simpson was excellent! He shared that the hospital is physician owned, which is awesome! No wait was a bonus to the great care we received. Highly recommend if you are in quick need of genuine care!

Got in very quickly, and the providers were all very attentive and professional. They showed a genuine concern and dedication to getting me well! Got a card in the mail a few days after my visit thanking me for choosing them. Nice touch! If I need ER services again I will definitely go back to “PF Hospital and ER”. Keep up the good work!
