I went In the store and Elizabeth greeted everyone that came in. She was very helpful to me. She notarized my documents help me with mailing the forms out. I had the best experience with her. Top notch customer service

The service here is more than above average. I visited to have a document notarized. There was so much more to the experience, for I was pleasantly greeted upon walking in and had a seat very shortly. Mary helped me and took her time to explain services that were optional that by the way ended up being exactly what I needed to be more professional in the presenting of my legal request for my family member that had past away. The level of care and actual compassion was really beyond what I can put into words. Thank you for listening and knowing therefore what I needed done. I am now going to return for my postal needs from now on. And I like all the nice products in the store. Very practical and it had to take more than a bit of thought to be so many things I'm coming back to buy. Great experience!

Shout out to the on duty excellent employee that made time for me right at the brink of closing. You know who you are! I was able to get my transaction taken care of by a true professional in customer service and care. Employee name not mentioned to protect his identity (I know and you know who you are) but this occurred on 10/24/22 at closing. Blessings and Thank you!
