I'd give negative stars if that were possible. I bought a table that basically fell apart within a few months of owning it. Unusable. I ordered a replacement table and waited MONTHS AND MONTHS for it only to find out that it was no longer available--and yet NO ONE bothered to even tell me--just had me thinking it was still going to be delivered. I asked for a refund and they promptly picked up the useless table--but have yet to give my money back, despite picking up the table back in APRIL. This store owes me nearly a thousand dollars. I have called and called and keep being assured that my refund is coming. This is absolute garbage. If I owed Pottery Barn money, you know I would be hounded for it, but the store doesn't care one bit that they have my money with no right to it.

I ordered a comforter and entire sheet set from pottery barn a month ago and they haven’t even shipped my order yet!!! The just have it on “back order” status and no updates or any information and I paid a pretty penny for this order! They don’t care anything about their customers and it is obvious! Will never order anything from pottery barn ever again! This is the longest I have ever waited for any order I have ever placed! For as much money as I spent with this company and they just flat out ignore me, I’m very irritated! Buyer beware!

Almost a whole year of complaints for a bedroom set.
Absolutely terrible quality for the price you pay. Bought a bedroom for my then 6 year old. It barely made it 6 months when the dresser started chipping and the bed showing cracks where the slats are and showing signs of ‘wear and tear.’ It’s a loft bed son it’s not like he jumps on it all day. Other than sleeping in the room he doesn’t really do anything else in there.
The dresser has had replacements sent twice already with both being defective, either chipped or discoloration. Upon bringing it up to the supervisor I was told that it can be replaced one last time because the other 2 were not up to my standards. It’s an almost 2000$ dresser. I expect standards since what they claim is exceptional quality and unparalleled value. Total lie.
As for the bed after months of calls back and forth they’ve finally agreed to replace it. But then I find out that the dresser is not in stock and they do not know when and if it will be. They offered a refund and to collect the dresser but then I’m left without a dresser for the bedroom set.
Completely unprofessional and do not respect their own claims of being high quality. Nor provide any solutions for the dresser.
