Horrible towing company. Supposedly contracted with AAA and don't even call or give status reports even when they are outside their coverage area. Person answering the phone has a hard Hispanic accent that barely speaks English. They will leave you stranded out in the hot sun with no follow up communication. Be persistent with constant communication.
