I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of the garage break down!! The technician called to inform me of his arrival time & held to it. He was pleasant & courteous, and kept me informed at every step along the way. This included levels of repair options. He also offered several methods of payment. Overall, I was very pleased with the service, in what is a difficult situation. Thank you for such excellent service.
Company gets a 2 star rating Tech gets a 3 star I would not recommend this company for future service: Here's why! Precision Tech’s Mitch Pike was highly professional and did a good job replacing our broken garage door spring. However, I found the quote to be quite high and was disappointed that the service charge wasn’t waived. When I asked Mitch about it, he mentioned he could waive it, but it wasn’t done automatically and never happen. Due to this lack of transparency with costs, I won’t be using Precision Garage Doors for any future services, especially since I’ll be replacing my garage door next year. I believe in paying a fair wage for services, but when your equipment costs are triple the industry price and you charge separately for each necessary component, it makes me very skeptical of the company.
My garage door was stuck open on a Saturday afternoon. Mat responded at 9pm and had completed the repair in a little over an hour. Mat was very professional and polite, and easy to work with. If they are all like Matt it’s a great organization and would call them again.
