Worst company to go through they never show up on time they always show up hours after they do not answer their phone calls when you call the drivers directly they show up without calling or contacting you in advance drivers like to get out and walk around your property and trespass and then get Malfidispatch out for them and cover them and cancel all of your toes or needs after highly recommend you stay away from them and let your insurance companies know not to continue with them

They towed my car on 10/12, supposedly the repair shop I requested through my roadside assistance. Only to find out 5 days later they took it to their yard because as employee Liberty stated "we do not deliver vehicles after the business closes due to liability ". They simple marked the tow as complete, and went on their way. Apparently this is their MO as many other reviews stated the same type of behavior. This place is unethical and a total scam. I would not use this place even in an emergency! I've been without my car for 7 days now, as it was just delivered to the shop today after numerous calls to my insurance company and 3rd party roadside assistance Co.

They came to tow our car, the driver gave my husband a totally different address, he let the driver know to tow it to the dealership, driver said he knew where it was. We get a call 3 days later that our car is sitting at a tune up place. We call the company was told by the dispatch that we should have called the roadside asset to have the address changed, at no time did the driver convey this to my husband, he just said he would take it to the dealership. I asked her to talk to the driver to find out why he didn't say we needed to call roadside and change it or we would have. She then said to call our roadside and have them dispatch another driver to tow it to the correct address, I told her with that screw up why would I want to use them again? We unknowingly had our car sitting where it could have been vandalized. Thankfully, it wasn't. The place seemed chaotic when I called. If the customer gave you instructions on where to tow the car and you couldn't follow those directions, he should have left. Obviously, he didn't want to lose the money and didn't care where he left it. That was the worst customer service, from the dispatch lady nothing was handled professionally. Obviously, they do not know or don't care when there is a issue with the address of where to tow a vehicle. Hopefully, we never have to deal with them again if we need a tow..
