I had bought two fridge in July of 2021. I need a fridge right away as my old one broke. I called and spoke to Binny and had a fridge delivered. He only had one I could get the same day. I later went into their showroom and picked the fridge I wanted for my kitchen. Again spoke to Binny. He went yo various options and I ended up buying a Samsung he recommended. Last week I had to change the filter which I got on Amazon. Initially I had a ton of water dripping so I took the filter and reinstalled after watching UTube. Everything seemed to work but was getting droplets of water in the drawer below which was turning into ice. I wasn’t sure what the issue was. I called and got Binny again. He walked me through the process and informed me to call him in a couple days if the problem persists. Very helpful extremely knowledgeable and great service. Highly recommend for you next appliance purchase.

Comment would be excellent salesmanship respecting not being pushy and took excellent interest in customer right from the start. Including extra mile of giving much more effort to obtain information verbally and printed about product. Delivery was done yesterday for Whirlpool stackable units and polite delivery and respectful manners from the time of days involved to finale sale. Surrey Location was the service. Thank You.
