JR (store manager) was easy to work with. However, there is some disconnect with the movers. They were supposed to install the TV and that detail somehow did not make it on their scope of work. Furthermore, the movers lied and said that I did not want them to set it up after I asked about what was required for setup. The integrity is lacking as far as movers go. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I will leave a separate review for the store, as that was a better experience.

I highly recommend Howard's Appliances and had nothing short of an excellent experience with them. I was able to purchase a refrigerator without even entering the store with the professional assistance of Anita. She was thorough in all explanations and used FaceTime to show me the refrigerators in stock. Delivery was within 2 days and was also excellent.

Worst customer service of all time. We bought our fridge brand new about a year and a half ago and spent $500 on a warranty. The front panel where the water and ice come out, broke. We called Howard’s and they sent out their service folks. Not only did they not fix the panel, they broke the fridge and freezer! They didn’t tell us when they would be back or when they would call, just that they needed parts. I called the store today and the sales woman said that she would do her best to get an answer but that, ultimately since they service team had come out already that they, “were making progress.” Sorry, but breaking something that wasn’t broken before they fixed it, is not progress!! Please go to a different more reputable store. This place is a nightmare.
