Excellent customer service, professional and knowledgeable installation of my unit. Cleaned up after the work was complete, Ozvin explanation how to use the controller in a manor that was something I could wrap my head around, very patient with all my questions. I highly recommend Red Mountain!

Red Mountain Heating and Air just installed a new gas furnace in our home, up in our attic (we have a single-family, single story home with an unfinished attic). The job included Red Mountain removing the existing gas furnace (which was down in our pantry) and removing all of the old duct work then installing a new Trane gas furnace, running a new gas line, setting up the power supply for the new gas furnace, installing all new ducts, two new return air vents, and a new thermostat. They also got the city permit for the project. Red Mountain did an excellent job for us at a reasonable price. They were very communicative throughout and very flexible about some of the small details that make the project all the better for us. They were very efficient and completed the entire job in just three days time, as planned. We are very pleased with their work and they made sure to remove and dispose of all of the old materials and also cleaning up when they were done. We will certainly be calling on Red Mountain to take care of the annual service for the furnace and we would highly recommend Red Mountain Heating and Air for your home HVAC needs.

Osvin and his crew did an excellent job on a complex heat pump installation that required running refrigerant conduit and 220V electrical across multiple floors (steep SF property, with condenser in yard 50’ below street/air handler level). I knew this would be a complex installation so got several quotes. Red Mountain had by far the most thorough and sensible installation plan, and Osvin is a true expert in his trade. I recommend him highly.
