Princeton Property Management

It is really hard for me to give them even 1 star. This is the worst management company we have ever come across in our lives. I will never ever in a million years suggest that someone works with this company. If you are looking for a place to rent and the management company is “Princeton property management” I beg of you to please find somewhere else. The experience I have had here is absolutely horrifying. They will NEVER return your call ever. They are absolutely terrible to get a hold of with any issue and when you finally do get a hold of them, it really does seem like they are going to help you because of all their kind words, but then ABSOLUTELY nothing changes. The townhome we live in is poorly built, too many things have broken that haven’t been our faults, and it’s not even a comfortable home to live in. I don’t even know how we will survive for the remainder or our lease. Absolutely awful and terrible experience. They have even had their service people essentially break into our home after they said they were all done with their services. This caused us to fear our own safety in our own home. When we called about this they gave us their “sincere apologies” and then 2 hours later they sent the SAME MAN back into our house to finish after we just talked to them about how uncomfortable we were with him. I have so many terrible examples of how this company is the worst but I don’t have enough time to type them all. If you get anything from this message it’s to not rent from this management company. Also we always drop off a check to pay our rent to the same place. They have lost that check 2 times and then come to blame us for not paying!!! For this to happen TWICE is absolutely not okay. That is a big amount of money that they are just losing. When we called about this today the lady told us that “they were doing a lot of construction in the area so maybe they lost it because of that.” WHAT!!!!!!!

My response to their response: It’s really odd to me that you can take the time to respond to negative reviews but you can’t respond to phone calls regarding serious issues. Every review is the exact same and they are all extremely negative. Even if I did email that email that you gave to me, I am fairly certain that I wouldn’t get a response as that has unfortunately been the pattern. Super unprofessional and I will continue to guide everyone I know away from this management company.
