Kyle was awesome from the auburn location. Fairly priced and very professional! I set an appointment for 10 am and he showed up at 9:59! I recommend.

Not to be trusted! As other reviewers have also found, my charges were padded and rounded up mysteriously, especially in the towing department. Parts unrelated the the problem were changed and charged for without my knowledge until presented the absurd bill, and the delays were inexcusably extensive. As a local to the area, I happened to meet someone who previously worked for them (unfortunately, after my poor experience); that mechanic had quit as he was not comfortable with their dishonest business practices and verified with inside knowledge what I and others here suspected - shady operation - stay away!

Was able to get through to a dispatcher right away and my car was towed within the hour. It was a little pricey if you have to pay out of pocket, but prices are high everywhere.
