Great people and great products. The care and thought that goes into their liquor is obvious from the first taste. Old Tom gin is one of the best I have ever tasted.

A fun local distillery surrounded by an organic blueberry farm and run by a wonderful family! I got to sample each liquor they sell a while ago and it was hard to pick a favorite. The raspberry and blueberry brandies are so unique and taste great over ice or mixed with other things! I'm going to buy the gin next, which is Old Tom style and pleasantly botanical. And I actually really enjoyed their whiskey (coming from someone who usually doesn't like whiskey)! I would strongly recommend their products to anyone looking for great, not-too-spendy liquor and who wants to support a local business.

My new favorite business in Whatcom County. My wife found Probably Shouldn't online after searching for an organic blueberry farm. After picking blueberries we stepped inside and were greeted by the owner. He gave us a personal tour and an education on all things spirit, farm, and small business related. Life should be about meeting and learning from someone with a passion. That would have been enough, but then we tried his spirits. Fantastic! Honestly, fantastic!! We left with a bunch of blueberries, a bottle of gin, an extra large homegrown purple potato, and great memories. Thank you! The world needs more businesses like this. ❤️
