I am a senior who has been treated by Dr. Loomis and his staff/associates for over a decade; my husband has also seen Dr. Loomis for at least 4 years. We are always seen swiftly, well tended by Bryan before the doctor comes in, thoroughly examined, and offered options and treatment when appropriate. We’ve been seen on short notice for both emergency and minor needs. Dr. Loomis has called me twice, well after hours, to deliver sensitive test results in a timely way. We feel so fortunate to have a doctor and staff so accessible, attentive, responsive, and without having to navigate a complex hospital system to access timely care. Dr. Loomis, his associates (whom we both have also seen on occasion), and staff are one of the welcome constants in our lives. We value them and their care immensely. Marilyn and Peter

My husband has been experiencing pains for a few weeks now. He saw Dr. Loomis who sent him for an xray. After getting the results, Loomis simply said nothing was wrong. He left it at that. I had to push my husband to advocate for himself. Why should he need to ask to schedule appointments to further look into this? His doctor should want to find answers! To help him feel better! He finally gets an appointment set up for a CT. Since we are now at 3 weeks, almost 4 of this pain & discomfort, he calls to get a GI referral. Even though we do not have the results from the CT we don't want to have to wait for the results to set up an appointment for the GI, we want to make sure we see the GI as soon as possible. I hear the receptionist dismiss the idea that he needs to set this up. He explains he is now at over 3 weeks of this pain & she replies, "yeah, that's why you're getting the CT." Are you kidding me? What kind of doctor's office has zero sympathy like this? He has called his insurance back & forth, his doctor, the TRA place. This entire situation is infuriating. After pestering this place for this referral, he is granted one. Then he calls to get the appointment set up, & guess what they DON'T have? That's right! The referral!! You know what though, the lady supporting him over the phone did not simply give up. She moved forward with getting this set up. He didn't even have to mention that he has had this pain for more than 3 weeks & has lost 15 pounds. She just wants to help him get seen, regardless of what he is experiencing. That's how an office should treat someone!!! I wish everyone in this office could read this! You all should be ashamed of yourselves!

Susan Clabots-Sheets was very thorough and answered all my questions in detail, made me feel very comfortable.
The office is slightly dated and that may turn some patients away but to me that isn’t as important as the care I receive. Thank you for making a new patient, new to the west coast feel welcome
