I have nothing but good things to say about Prolink. They are professional, attentive, and everyone I’ve communicated with is so nice. Building was kept clean and tidy, and I never had any issues. Definitely recommend renting from them if you have the chance!

Prolink Realty makes renting painful for tenants. I’ve been a tenant at several properties, and my experience as a tenant with Prolink Realty was by far the worst one I’ve had. Several things Prolink Realty did bothered me. The most annoying was how difficult the move out process was. Prolink Realty needlessly added stress and friction to our move. We were good tenants (we always paid rent early, we kept good care of the place, we adhered to the lease, we were quiet, etc.). Prolink Realty treated us like problematic tenants throughout the move out process. Prolink Realty disappointed us in other ways (with minor mistakes in the lease documents and rude responses to simple requests while we were tenants), but the unkind and unprofessional treatment we received at the end of our lease was unacceptable. I strongly discourage potential tenants from working with Prolink Realty. I also advise landlords to find another property management company; a management company that upsets and frustrates tenants unnecessarily is less than ideal and could even create problems for you.
