Jim was FANTASTIC. Absolutely dedicated to a high-quality inspection and experience. He was diligent and thorough during the entire review of the house and went above and beyond to ensure every part of the house was inspected. In addition, the depth of quality he provided on the report was beyond anything we experienced during other reviews and pre-inspections we had previously seen. I highly recommend anybody looking for a true and honest inspection work with Jim!

Jim and Merlita are amazing at what they do. They are always on time, prepared and thorough. My clients felt at ease with Jim and Merlita and were impressed by the way they work. Jim took time to walk the buyers through all of the good and bad points of the home. He answered questions patiently and honestly. His reports are through and have photos and type that help explain everything in his reports. They are truly amazing!

We used Jim to inspect our new home when we purchased it and when it time for the 1 year builder warranty to expire. He was incredibly thorough (to the point where the builder got frustrated because he found so many things that could be improved). He even returned and provided us with thermal imaging of spaces that were lacking insulation, which was essential to having the builder come and add insulation to the wall. I highly recommend Jim. He is the best inspector we have worked with.
