After being a customer for some time now, figured it was time to put in my candid review.
Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. There's an abundance of fitness options here. From cardio machines, weight lifting, zumba/core classes, basketball court for a quick 3v3, nice sized heated pool and much more!
As far as the facility goes, there's been ongoing improvements to the establishment. Which is a good thing! No short cuts are being taken--making for great amenities! Not overly crowded nor cluttered spaces.
Overall, clean and conveniently located and plenty of amenities for all types of gym junkies.
I had high hopes because the therapist told me the pool got a much needed renovation and it was very nice. Walking in the building it has a very pungent smell of mold/irrigation. The "heated" salt water pool was frigid. There was white chunks of what appeared to be diaper in the pool. My therapist had his wife and baby in the pool during physical therapy. It wouldn't have been an issue because its a large pool but she brought the baby over to him during my session and the baby was trying to grab him and it kept distracting him. The shower water reaked of irrigation which I have never smelled in a shower before. Overall the building felt and smelled very unclean. I am worried of getting sick from this water/air so not worth the risk of returning even though its a convenient location and my therapist was nice. =/
