We worked closely with Rich in Seattle and also with Rick in Tacoma a bit. They played a part in making my father-in-laws dreams come true with a stunning (used) Kawai Baby Grand Piano, that we also had turned into a player piano with the QRS PNOmation system, it is absolutely spectacular, they did a wonderful job. The service and knowledge Rich and Rick have made this such a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend Prosser Piano and Organ Co. for all of your piano needs or dreams (they have the ability to make them come true) above any other piano store in the Seattle/Tacoma area.

I purchased a beautiful Kawai CA-49 from here and am incredibly pleased with the product. It was very apparent to me that Rick was exceedingly knowledgeable about the piano products at the store and provided me with a very thorough education and walkthrough of the different brands, products, and lines of digital pianos. Once I made my purchase, he even kindly offered to deliver and assemble it to my home that very same day. I will admit I lingered for a while even after making my purchase to try out their diverse selection of quality pianos, which were stunning. Highly recommend!
