The staff here is amazing!! I have never felt so comfortable at a doctor's office before. Christopher at the front desk is one of the nicest people you will ever come in contact with. I feel so blessed to have Dr. Westermeyer as my doctor, she's very knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients which seems to be rare these days. I tell everyone how fantastic she is!

Dr. Beale and Dr. Baker are both great doctors. However, the staff who answers the phone and the front desk lady could use more training in patient communication skills. I was cut off and transferred to another department over the phone before I had the opportunity to finish speaking. When I called right back, she was rude and unprofessional when I tried explaining my other concern once again. I asked if I could come in the office instead to speak to someone regarding my concerns, she rudely told me the “Dr. is busy seeing patients all day, he won’t have time to talk to you.” I clarified that I don’t need to see the doctor, but an administrator or someone who can help me with my questions regarding claims and referrals. She said feel free to speak to someone at the front desk. I showed up at the front desk and the large lady could not have been more disrespectful to me, and made it very obvious she was irritated and unwilling to be polite. She greeted other patients and engaged in conversations with them, but would turn to me with a rude expression and rude tone of voice, was very short and down right RUDE. She complained that they don’t deal with LNI claims at their office, and treated me like I was making her work day extra difficult. I tried being polite and saying thank you to her for helping out but she wouldn’t even make eye contact and blatantly ignored me. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a medical office ever, and I work in the medical field myself.... and I am still shocked at the level of unprofessional behavior from the staff at this office.

I recommend this clinic, and Dr Westermeyer, to anyone looking for a great primary care physician. She takes the time to really listen to my health concerns, and my input and ideas are welcomed, so that I really feel I am a part of my care plan. If I'm not comfortable with something, she works with me to find the best solution that works for me. BEST doctor I've ever had! And her assistant Patience is wonderful, too, as are Twila and the others on the front desk. They are also great with follow-up phone calls about tests, meds, etc, and making appointments is a breeze. Again, I highly recommend them!
