2 1/2 months lead time for “new patient” appointment (since I hadn’t been in for some time) seemed excessive (hence not 5 stars). Very professional checkup and doctor seemed very organized and competent.

It was a zoom appointment, and I really like and respect my doctor. Unfortunately the appointment started much later than scheduled, but I can understand how that happens. And I was patient and I was OK with it.

Why is it that every time i get a new doctor, i end up waiting in their office to see them for at least 30 minutes after my appointment starts? The Doctors are fantastic, but the wait is frustrating and all too common. If i would be 10 minutes late my appointment would be cancelled. I take time off work for appointment so it costs me more when I am made to wait longer.
