This is the best self storage location in Los Angeles by far. The staff is helpful, friendly and always professional. Delores, who is the property manager, is always willing to help. The property is clean, safe and easily accessible. Prices are great as well. The district manager named Dorsa is also very kind and willing to help in any way possible.
They went above and beyond to assist me when I was there. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for fair prices and great service.
Delores is a gem, BUT the billing issue involving an account credit remains unresolved even after the manager called to confirm there was an error on their part. I'm hoping to have my faith in Public Storage's upper management restored before the end of the month. This is a costly expense and I'm just trying to be frugal.
UPDATE: It turns out the billing issue was resolved the same day but was not reflected in the app until much later.
Happy to be able to remain a customer particularly since the service has improved.
