In our quest for Solar, we sought bids from (8) companies here in South Seattle. One "no-bid" because we have a torch down roof, another "no-bid" due to supply chain issues. The others were using a variety of panels from three different sources. The price points had about a $5,000 spread, for similarly sized panels arrangements.
In the end we chose Puget Sound Solar for three reasons: 1 - Responsiveness to answer both technical and financial questions. 2 - The Panels, REC 405W, were the ones we think will stand the test of time. Made in Norway. 3 - A strong recommendation from a prior customer about how they were treated during the whole process.
In the end, the referral we received was accurate. PSS employee Dan Rogers kept us in the loop all the way and Jake Shields is always available for Q&A on anything related to the system.
