I’m the neighbor ( 23 years) of a duplex that they manage, in Lynden. They DO NOT know the area. The duplex had numerous offers and they chose to get more money from the state, by going over the landlords head, and doing section8. Watching drug addicts, kids getting taken from CPS, and the yard piled high with garbage, the nightmare just kept getting worse. The police were there 3/5 times a week. It was a huge safety issue.
They do not keep your investment clean. They have the WORST vetting process. Turning down tenants that would take good care of your property. The turn over rate since Rebeka took over, has been high. If you want your properties taken care of, don’t use them. They’ll quickly turn your investments into garbage, costing you more money.
All the neighbors had called the office, only to be met with hostile customer service, hence why everyone just talks to the landlord now.
