Slow to refill to the point where I had to suffer ailments for an extra day because they didn’t check their voicemail for a message from my doc.
Not trans friendly, it’s usually a coin flip whether the wanna-be-hiker bro pharmacist dead names or misgenders me. They don’t even have a way in their system to set a preferred name and pronouns.
I’m moving all my prescriptions to an online pharmacy. This place is trash.

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for a number of years now and it is for a reason. They are courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products they dispense. Addressing any and all questions or concerns with an understanding for a patients needs towards discretion. Coupled with the readily available ability to provide professional knowledge that has always given me the information needed to be fully informed on specific issues related to whatever product in question. To me, that is what a Pharmacist is for, not just doling out pills. When any problem has arisen with the ability to fill a prescription, I have always been notified promptly and they either brought in what was needed from a nearby store or, having the prescription transferred to the closest store of my choice. Top this all off with the savings you can receive from Pharmaceutical manufacture's rebates or discount cards they try to find for some of the high patient obligation prescriptions and I don't know what else one could ask from a neighborhood pharmacy.

I can't say enough good things about Nick and the entire pharmacist team at QFC Roosevelt. They look at my Mom's meds holistically (and she's on quite a few at 83) and always take the time to explain interactions with us. They have gone the extra mile several times when she needed a new prescription in a hurry. There's no way we'll go back to an online pharmacy - we get such great human care and thoughtfulness here at QFC pharmacy.
