Had a wonderful experience shopping at the Tukwila Quality Sewing & Vacuum Creative center! I went in looking for a specific serger, which they had ready for me to demo, as well as a dozen others on the floor to try. I was between two models and ended up getting the more expensive, advanced technology serger. I am happy I was able to compare side by side, see how to thread the machines, stitch on various sample fabrics. I am very happy with my purchase and the help of the sales rep, who recommended thread for my serger. I also picked up new scissors. They offer classes and other support. They also have fabrics and more. It’s a beautiful place for fabric artists to find quality tools.

I purchased a SEBO Vacuum at Quality Sewing & Vacuum. My experience was wonderful. My previous vacuum was 20 years old and quit working. I tried looking online for a new vacuum but really wanted to see and try a vacuum in person. I had never heard of the SEBO brand. The sales person was nice in recommending a vacuum that would suit my needs. I will go back to this store in the future.

I purchased a long arm quilting machine with automation. The representative who helped me was very knowledgeable. I used Synchrony financing, which was interest free. The representative was able to tell me what the terms of the agreement were and the monthly payment. Outstanding customer service!
