I wouldn’t go anywhere else, hands down! The employees are great, helpful and friendly. Leland is the one who fixes the vacuums, he’s so talented and the nicest human being ever. They are knowledgeable and conscious when it comes to your needs. I can’t say enough about the wonderful service I got while owning a janitorial business for 35years. They always came through for me from emergencies to a normal service. Kept it up guys, your good work doesn’t go unnoticed to the customers. At least not this one! Thank you for all the years of service!

I've used services and bought products many times at this location. I've had a great experience all but one time when someone tried to sell me a vacuum much more expensive and elaborate than I needed. Other than that everyone has been very helpful in every way. I've even purchased the service plan for 2 vacuums and the new sewing machine I got there recently. I feel more secure knowing I can just stop in any time to get help on these needed home appliances. I appreciate the neighborly, friendly vibe.

I was looking for two specific items for my sewing room--the correct oil for my Bernina and the manufacturer's book of information about their sewing feet. While the store did have the book available, they didn't have the oil in stock in the store. The sales staff said that they could get the oil for me in the next couple of days and that they'd contact me when it was available. They were as good as their word and I had the oil two days later. I was very happy to be able to obtain both the items I wanted.
