If I could give them 10 stars I would. Today I was given a free estimate on my sewing machine...and needless today say I saved hundreds of dollars by coming to Rich's. What I thought was going to be a major problem and issue with my machine turned out to be something that could be easily fixed. I appreciated their honesty and help today. I will definitely be back in the future. They KNOW what they're doing when it comes to sewing machines. THANK YOU!

I brought in my sewing machine because it was making a new noise and was not running smoothly. I expected to leave it for a tune up. Instead, Emily looked it over, ran it through its paces and determined I had been missing oiling one of the areas that needed regular oiling. She oiled it and returned the machine to me at no charge.

My Singer is singing again. When I go back to Albany, my Kenmore will be going to Rich's. He really made me happy.
