Never had such a great experience giving blood. Wendy is a special soul. Such postive energy that radiates the office. They are lucky to have her on staff.

Today is Sept 28th 2023. I scheduled an online appointment for 1pm and arrived 20 mins early. There were 2 other people waiting & the office was dark. (I'm assuming they were late from lunch, no biggie) I asked the other people if they were indeed open, and one man said yes, I believe so, but I haven't seen anyone. All the sudden a woman comes out & VERY sarcastically said yes...WE ARE HERE...gave an intimidating nasty look. She had dark hair--didnt catch her name. She turned to me & I said I have an appt. She said very nasty--THEN SIGN IN and pointed to the kiosk. The man said...I already signed in & she huffed & puffed & said I will be back. Again nasty. She was so nasty & intimidating I left. I needed to get my blood work done & have never been to this office. Nor will I return.
