First time being towed, expect sufficient phone attention and a large bill. The image of the prices on here is no longer current; I was charged $50/day for my compact car. Expect to pay for one more day's storage than you actually have been there and expect a $175 charge for 1.45 hours of them transporting your vehicle 10 minutes down the road (I imagine due to admin time and worker time loading up your car).
In addition if you've been towed here, take note an additional 10% tax from the city in addition to other fees will be applied.
Nice enough guys, they'll tell you how much you owe that day, but you'll want to pick it up asap to avoid another $50/day. Don't be like me an work from home and not realize your car was towed for 4 days. Grand total: 508.00
The guy who helped us I believe his name is Carlos was so rude called me a lier and other names I’m so shocked never treated like that before anywhere! 0 customer service skills He threatened that he will show up at our place since he had our Driving licenses and known our address I’m writing a formal complain about him You guys should be careful dealing with this guy with this kinda of mentally that he has And good luck if your car got towed right there!
