I got my suit back and it had not even looked like it had been clean and it smelled like old water and mildew. The gentlemen said it was clean and proved it was but I do not know what they used and I will not be back since this is unsanitary and flat out gross.
P.s. And now the owner is acting like nothing is bad happens here. And no it did not happen today. I just now just got to it. Another reason to avoid this terrible business.
Owners complained about a memorial on city property adjacent to theirs. Terrible people if you ask me. A mother lost her child and they’re worried about their view? Wouldn’t let these people clean my dirty dog towels. Go to winners wash and have it done for a third the price.
I recently was in Quincy and visited this plant and having owned a drycleaners of my own I asked the owner for a tour. I was very impressed by the organization and cleanliness of this business. They offer full service from shirts, suits, wedding gowns and alterations they are open every day and have long hours. They recently added a new and expensive drycleaning machine to process your clothes. This is a safe and odorless cleaning and will treat garments with a soft touch. I took a picture of the new machine it is a real beauty.
