Poor communication in term of getting the quote finalized. Didn’t response to my email for weeks. After several attempts with no response, I feel like they don’t want my business and I will hv to go with another company. They did responded to a service call to fix my thermostat and the owner actually came and provide an estimate on installing an AC and change a furnace. That’s why I gave it a 2 stars.

Furnace on it's last legs and R&H was quick to come out to do an estimate for replacement. One week later a new furnace was installed. Technician was on-time and install went smooth. Nice to have reliable heat again. Highly recommend!

Ethan at R & H mechanical saved me! My oil furnace was on the blink just before we were about to drop down to single digit temperatures. Nobody in town could get to me, but they came running the same day and got me up and going.
