I received excellent customer service from Erik Warford. He was prompt in sending quotes and very personable. Erik came by my house a few times to make sure his measurements and the options I chose were accurate prior to ordering, which I appreciated very much. On install day, Erik and the installers were professional and mindful of the noise. Although, I wouldn’t mind if they played music whilst working. If you’re looking for a glass specialist, then I would highly recommend R&S Glazing and definitely Erik Warford for your residential needs.
