first off I didn't get a chance to use Raff's this review was based on his ability to do everything he can to make my party happen. unfortunately I had to cancel as the original vendor did a no show and Raff was quick to come to the rescue from SF to TRACY, as Raff was on the way I had to cancel his service as my original vendor showed up out of no where after a week of silence. thank you Raff for the last min "yes" to help me out. I will use your service moving forward.

Rented a shave ice machine, Raff answered the phone and we made a rental agreement for the next day. He delivered and picked up the machine on time. It was in good working order and it was a hit at our luau themed party. Included were snow cone cups and flavored syrups. He set up the machine for us and gave a quick tutorial. It was super easy to use and there was no clean up as Raff took care of all of that. Would recommend.

I have rented several machines from Raff over the past year and my parties have been awesome! We just had a holiday party at our home and having a full soft serve machine was really fun. It's very easy to work with Raff and we know he really cares about making sure we are happy. So far we have rented a margarita machine and a soft serve machine - we are going to try the shave ice machine next!
