The team at Rairdon’s service was extremely helpful in getting my car to their shop (it had to be towed from our house), diagnosing the issue quickly, and communicating regularly what was going on. When we had to wait on a part to ship, they arranged for a nice (new) loaner vehicle to use. The repair took a little longer than expected, but they were very good at keeping me informed and treated me respectfully throughout the entire process. I’m very happy at the ease of getting my car repaired here and to have my Wagoneer back and running!

Honestly, they were friendly but I called weeks in advance to make an appointment to have two things taken care of. Either the person on the phone didn’t care or didn’t know what she was talking about. They could only fix the one issue and I explained it was important as I am driving the vehicle to Arizona this week and now have the issue for the drive. It’s not a small issue for me. All dealerships suck but this one really left me in a bind. Didn’t offer a courtesy car and I have a baby. Pretty bad service, take your vehicle elsewhere if possible.

Last Wednesday I had my Jeep in for service and the team of Richard, Andrew and Tallia took such good care, Tallia transported me safely to and from the dealership with lovely conversation, Andrew had introduced himself upon my arrival and worked on my Jeep with caring diligence, and Richard explained everything to me and was very communicative. There’s no place else that has given me such great service; friendly, professional and efficient service as Rairdon’s of Bellingham. Well done!
