This effing Ralphs location just sucks. Every time I come in here the escalators are broken. There was 30 people waiting for the elevators to get out of the store and out of the two elevators they have only one was working.. 😔😕

PATIENTS WITH ADHD (or other schedule 2 medications) - DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

I tried to refill my ADHD medication here since I previously was a patient at Ralph’s in Pasadena and I moved. I understand that not every pharmacy can support with these types of medications, but it is not necessary to be rude, condescending, and have arbitrary and discriminatory policies that are specific to your pharmacy. The woman I spoke with also said that even existing patients don’t always receive a consistent supply here and knowing how consistent the other Ralph’s has been for me - this seems like an issue with failing to anticipate demand, support patients, or both. I will find another pharmacy that doesn’t discriminate against patients with ADHD and will reconsider shopping at this Ralph’s for other things due to this experience.

This place is so awesome here, I visit one of the employees, Ben, that works in the bakery. I visit him on his breaks. The cookies are amazing when I eat them.
