This store is small but well stocked. I go fairly early in the morning so I have to navigate around boxes of items being stocked. But here's the big thing: this is the friendliest store I do business with. Everyone says "good morning" and asks if I need help finding something. There's a friendly small town feel to this store. The times that I am there, they really try to have enough checkers so you don't have a long wait.

ZERO STARS!!!!! Ralphs STILL needs LESSONS in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Obviously the owners, managers.....DON'T CARE about their customers!! Even after posting negative reviews in the past and reading hundreds of others, Ralphs management isn't trying to fix their HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVIE PROBLEM. Instead, they seem to keep hiring bad employees. I'VE STOPPED SHOPPING AT RALPHS years ago (pre-pandemic) for the same problem. I share my horrible experiences with family, friends and strangers. I encourage them to go to other grocery store chains where their hard-earned money and loyalty are valued (and there are so many other choices out there)! I've worked for a large supermarket chain and was actually "trained" on how to give exceptional customer service. Bad customer service was NEVER tolerated! So not sure why Ralph STILL CHOOSES to hire and keep these miserable and unhappy employees!!! There are other markets here in Santa Clarita that I shop at with very helpful, friendly and professional customer service, but they are farther away from my home. I am stuck with this HORRIBLE MARKET CHAIN being the closest to me, so thought I would give them another try. I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY ARE EVEN WORSE THAN EVER! For what these morons are being paid, you would think that they would actually "WORK." But, no, all you see are employees standing around "socializing" instead of attending to the customers who are helping to "pay" them!! Ummm....note to managers...maybe you don't need as many employees as you think you do, because they have the time to stand around, talk, and ignore YOUR CUSTOMERS! As for my latest experience on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at around 5pm. I simply had a "DELI question" about a "DELI" PRODUCT. I "tried" to address the short, dark-haired, male dork with glasses who was cutting meat in the DELI DEPT. I politely said, "Excuse me," and let him know I had a quick question (I didn't need service, just had a question about something in HIS dept). He did not turn around, address or acknowledge me. I said "Excuse me," again (he ignored me). I shouted 'Hello," still kept ignoring me. Never even turned around. I knocked on the counter (assuming for some strange reason that he didn't hear me from 5 feet away)...still NOTHING! I finally realized that he WAS IGNORING ME. What an ugly and rude individual! There were also two female employees standing to the side, about 6 feet away, watching the whole thing and did not intervene, just stood there "socializing," also ignoring the situation. One female was wearing a hair net and some sort of white smock, and the other a traffic vest....probably a box person). Tried to get a manager, but even more CLUELESSNESS from checker and box clerk (they had "no idea where he was".....). Needless to say, I left vowing NEVER, EVER TO RETURN TO A RALPH'S MARKET AGAIN (because I get the same kind of no-care, rude and unwelcoming service from EVERY RALPHS I have ever been to, in different cities). Me, my family, my friends and neighbors will NEVER step into a RALPHS again!! I will gladly go out of my way to the other market options that I have, and be grateful for THIER service. All this can be blamed on the unqualified managers that Ralphs hires, because we all know that greatness BEGINS AT THE TOP, and Ralphs certainly wouldn't know greatness if it walked in and handed it to them. Ralphs STILL continues to foster unhappy and miserable employees as the day I stopped shopping there years ago. And they could care less if you try and call "someone" regarding such ugly, passive aggressive service. All you'll get is a rerouted call to someone outside of our country. Way to go Ralph's!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous the store hours say every day until 1 AM however, the lady was telling me they closed on Sundays at 12 that is just insane that they get to make up their hours. I needed to get groceries for my daughter and planned it based on the hours advertised. Shame on you.
