False advertising on all amenities.
To begin we were left stranded at the airport as they continually lied about a shuttle that never came so after three hours we paid for an Uber.
Whoever prepped our room didn’t give us pillows and when we called for some the front said they didn’t have any left so we slept with no pillows the first night.
Not pet friendly and a $500 fee for pets, even though they advertise as pet friendly, when I mentioned the error the front said they were aware of the error and don’t care, no pets.
The WiFi is basically unusable, no vending machines or food options other than ordering for delivery, oh and no pool, looks like was down for maintenance but at that point we didn’t care.
The bed was nice, they had hot water & there was a breakfast that’s about it, will never stay again.
