Worse experience with a tow company in my life. Tried to charge me $760 to recover my stolen truck that was found 5.9 miles away from them. I did some negotiating but they then told me that the state patrol will not allow them to charge anything LESS than $342 an HOUR! They then said that they are able to “get away with taking only 15 mins off the charge but then ended up taking 30 off of it”. I spoke with who I believe to be the owner as well and he said after I refused to pay full price “I’m done talking about this”. Unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate people. If they tell you a price they CAN and WILL go lower. These people should be put in prison for scamming hundreds if not thousands of people. 4/12/2024

My car broke down during rush hour. I called a few towing companies to compare rates. Ready Set Tow was the most reasonable out of all the the towing companies. So I went with them. 2 weeks later my same car broke down again and I automatically called Ready Set Tow again. Their receptionist who took my call went out of her way to make sure I was, and my car was safe. She even send a truck out to tow my car to the side of the busy road till the flatbed came. Also their tow truck driver are very professional and courteous.
