We took our child here for one day. I would never recommend this place, even to my worst enemy. My husband went downstairs to 'the dungeon' where they keep all of the school-aged kids in one dark, secluded room. He finally found her alone sitting in the bathroom on the floor because she was so uncomfortable. She was completely unattended and who knows how long she was there before he showed up. This is a 5 year old kid. Broke my heart to hear that. There are two people who run the kids program and I had a bad feeling from the get-go about both of them. I should have never agreed to sign up with Real Kids. The way the woman treats/talks to the people who work there is horrid, Rod is a creepy man all around and the people hired to take care of the kids seem like they have absolutely no experience. It's almost like they are volunteers. When we came in for the tour, there was only one person watching all the kids and she was acting like a 'cool kid' with the older kids she was caring for, not paying attention to the other kids. Rod explained that because it was the end of the day and a Friday that they let everyone else go early. If you are seriously considering this place, I would tour more than once and come in without notice. Though they do make sure to 'walkie-talkie' to make sure everything is copacetic before allowing the parents to go downstairs to pick up there kids. I had a big issue with that. The only positive thing I will say is they refunded my payment so I could remove my child without issue.
