Moriah is the best! I look forward to meeting with her each week before our sessions (which hasn’t been the case in all of my therapy experiences), and always leave our sessions with new wisdom and tools that I can carry with me through the following week and beyond!

Moriah is my first therapist and I can not say enough amazing things. I was nervous about trying therapy and she has made the experience so easy. She has always had a way of keeping things positive even in very hard discussions. Having these sessions has helped me deal with some very difficult things and given me tools that will help me long term. I’m so happy that I found Moriah and ReCenter Self.

I’ve tried therapy numerous times and never followed through with it until now. It’s taken years of failed attempts and therapists that weren’t right for me but I’m so glad I found Moriah! I never thought I’d say that I actually look forward my weekly therapy sessions. Her way of therapy is non traditional and I love it. She makes me feel like we’re two friends just having a conversation. I never feel interrogated or judged. She never pushes or pries when it comes to trauma and her approach is very gentle and empathetic which makes me feel not only safe but comfortable and that’s something that I’ve never felt in therapy before. It’s allowed me to be vulnerable and actually open up - and enjoy it. Also, great sense of humor! Highly recommend Moriah!
