I love eating at Cheliz. Food is yummy, customer service is phenomenal, and the price point is affordable! Here is a photo of my favorite breakfast meal at Cheliz. It's not on the menu; 2 eggs over medium, country potatoes, no meat, a side of rye bread, side of green salsa, and cup of black coffee no creamer. 10/10 recommend 👍🏼

Start a culinary celebration at this popular fusion restaurant that combines Mexican flair with American favorites. Indulge in their divine biscuits and gravy, a delectable symphony of flavors composed of fluffy biscuits covered in a rich sausage gravy. Additionally, don't miss their sizzling skillets, which are full of flavorful meats, vegetables, and spices . It's a culinary journey that combines two of the most amazing things on one mouthwatering dish.

I've travelled across the southern states and lived in quite a few of them. With that said, the chicken-fried steak here is perhaps the best I've ever eaten. The unconventional use of green bell peppers in the dish cuts through any greasiness while adding a subtle flavor to the gravy. The steak was tender and cooked perfectly with an exterior that resisted becoming soggy and retained its crunch throughout the meal. The bed of vegetables and potatoes was good, with some cheese adding an extra layer of goodness.
The service was good as the staff were very attentive.
My only complaint is actually a testament to the restaurant's popularity: when it gets busy, it can be quite loud.
