The physical facility is well appointed with spacious rooms, incredible city views and pleasant staff. The ability to become a customer of this world class company and be able to utilize their services in other cities and countries is something every entity should investigate.

Regus has such beautiful office space! What a wonderful option for a business that wants to save on start-up costs and have such a professional office environment to bring clients to. I would be thrilled to have office space and amenities if I were to be in the market for a business suite.

I had an office here at this location. I had tons of issues with the then area manager Bobby Smith. She was taking screenshots of my social media and spreading rumors around the center to other staff as well as tenets. She was eventually fired for trying to steal business away from the center. I asked to be either let out of me lease or at least compensated for the harassment. Spoke to upper management and they refused any assistance. I finished paying my lease in order to not affect my credit. I decided to move to Florida and have my contract moved there. Which they did. However I still continue to get billed even though I’m no longer there and am being billed in Florida as well. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Current Mgr Colby is a nice guy but it’s out of his ability to assist. I do not recommend ever dealing with this organization again. Just waiting for my credit to become affected so that I can take legal action. STAY AWAY!!!!
