We had a rental property that we hired RE/MAX to manage. At first the crew was quite dicey; money was missing and repairs for things that didnt exist were being charged to our account.
Fast forward a few months.
Cynthia fired the old property management team and hired her son, Adam, as the overseer of the management side of things. She personally called on a Friday night to let us know what was going on and that the old crew had been let go. In the following months she combed the books and found all the money that was missing from our account.
Insert Adam: Once Adam came on, there weren't issues. Beyond the delay in rent payed out once received, but that is also a byproduct of the first team. Adam and team addressed our concerns timely and with professionalism. So, we decided to hire him as our listing agent once we decided to sell the house. Adam had presented multiple offers from many buyers, he advised which was the strongest. Not necessarily the most money, but the highest likelihood of closing with minimal hiccups. This remained true. We closed only 2 days late and at no fault of Adam's. This had to do with lender not ordering appraisal on time.
Would I use them again, yes. Do I recommend Adam, yes. He is real and as long as you can handle it, he won't sugar coat it.
Thanks!
